Hi ,

If there is one thing that I have learned about life, it’s that change is a constant. What is it that makes change so uncomfortable for us as human beings? Is it because we get used to the way things are, and develop unrealistic expectations about them staying the same?

When I retired from professional bodybuilding competition in 1995 I went through the usual ups and downs any professional athlete encounters when they retire from a sport they love and that has been the focal point of their life.

But rather than mope around, I found something creative and positive to channel my energy into. What I’m talking about is my company, Labrada Nutrition, which I launched 25 years ago. I was able to turn a life change, into an opportunity to help hundreds of thousands of people get into the best shape of their life and enjoy greater health. Labrada Nutrition has become a platform by which I can create many good and positive changes in other people's lives.

In this week’s newsletter, nutritionist and nutritional psychologist Keith Klein talks about changes and how to make the best of them. Change can be embraced, and you can actually come out of life transitions much better than you ever imagined. I hope that you will enjoy Keith’s article as I did, and that it will help you embrace change in your life!
4 Methods to Embrace Life Changes
One constant thing about life is that we will all face changes. Changes can be good or they can be bad, but even with good changes stress can still occur. When that happens, many people simply throw eating right, cooking their food, and exercising, right out the window. Your brain often feels more comfortable with old patterns, so new changes often lead to a more stressful state of mind. Read on to learn 4 Coping mechanisms to deal with the stress that life changes bring.
