"I think we are all our own worse critics of ourselves and it is important to remember that this journey in life is not an
overnight process. During this challenge, I hardly looked at the scale or the mirror but reflected on how I felt emotionally and physically. Some days I had tons of energy and I used that energy to have explosive workouts while other days I might have only had enough time for a 15 to 20 minute quick workout. Each day was a new challenge and I looked at it that way so that I would encourage myself throughout the day with the motivation I needed to be successful. I also would remind myself that if I didn't eat great one day or have the most amazing workout that it was okay and that I would get back on track the next day. Half the battle if loving yourself for who you are and knowing your weaknesses as well as your strengths."
