This week, we’re going to look at a topic that comes up from time-to-time, especially with beginners. I often have beginning trainees ask me, "Should I use machines or free weights when I train?"
Walking into a gym for the first time can be a bewildering experience for a beginning trainee. There are free weights, then there are
exercise machines including Hammer Strength, Icarian, Flex, Body Masters, Cybex, Universal, Polaris, Life Fitness, and the list goes on and on.
