I knew I would have to change my eating habits, but I wanted to make that change sustainable. It amazes me how much difference just a few small tweaks made. As a family, we started eating much healthier, no grains,
no refined sugar, and no alcohol. The sweeteners were limited to those found in the Lean Body products I used during the challenge. I maintain a busy lifestyle and the Meal Replacement Shakes made it easy to keep on track. After the first few days, I no longer craved sweets and my skin looked younger.
