Meredith Vair
1st Place
Chrlottetown, PE - Canada |
I have not only completed the challenge, losing weight and acheived my great physique, but also gained so much more confidence, and knowledge. Being a full time student in a doctorate program, I don't have a lot of time to spend in the gym and planning out all my meals, but I was able to do it. I have struggled with my weight and yo-yo dieting for so long, and have finally been able to break through the walls that have prevented me from succeeding in the past, and I think (and hope) that many others could learn and be inspired by my weight loss success! |
Meredith lost 25 Pounds, 10% Body Fat & went from a size 12 to a size 8! |

Ricky Bova
2nd Place
Fraser, MI |
My motivation to finish the challenge was to be someone I thought I could never be. I told myself 12 weeks ago that you can be better, you can be MORE. That lit a fire under me to never give up even when the times were tough. I also wanted to finish this for those who said I could never be fit and would be out of shape forever. After losing 32 lbs I found myself happier and my mind clearer than it has been my entire life. Thank you.

Ricky lost 31.5 Pounds and 6.5% Body Fat! |

Kally Platzner

I needed to change my life and body, because I was going down the wrong path. And I was unhappy with myself. I know this challenge gives a lot of tips and support to start my new life. After completing the challenge it is definitely the hardest I have ever worked in my life, but also the best decision I ever made! |
Kally lost 32 lbs and 13% body fat! |

Daniel Cook

Olmsted Falls, OH |
I was always pushing myself to be better than the day before. At one time I weighed 296 lbs. and have dropped all the way down to 208 (my challenge start weight). To be able to continue and lose another 30 lbs is very gratifying.
My strength has stayed up and I feel better than I have ever felt.

Twyla Grimes
1st Place
Katy, TX |
My biggest success was proving to myself that I CAN do it. I feel like a new person.
I also love motivating people - especially moms who think they just can't be fit again.
|
Twyla lost 18.5 pounds and dropped 14.31% body fat! |
|
Benjamin Flint
2nd Place
Midwest City, OK |
I suffer from Poland's Syndrome, a birth defect that affects the muscle groups and limbs on one side of the body. Despite this birth defect I set a goal and achieved it. Because I took a slow but steady path, I was able to stay on track, where in the past I may have made working out a painful and frustrating experience. |
Benjamin lost 18 Pounds and dropped over 7.7% Body Fat! |
|
Kristina Brown
3rd Place
Jacksonville, FL |
I have amazed and inspired so many people during my journey and allowing them to see first hand that a fitness transformation is within their reach. Not once during the challenge did I focus on the Grand Prize. The main prize for me in winning would be my INFLUENCE on the lives of my family, friends, and others.

Kristina lost an incredible 26 Pounds and dropped over 11% Body Fat! |

Miller Place, NY |
When I started I was not only physically out of shape but mentally out of shape. After an operation I found I was at my lowest and no motivation. I was very, very depressed. But this challenge turned that around and I truly made a life change both mentally and physically. |
Michele lost over 18 pounds and dropped 14% body fat to 8% body fat! |
|
Sherri Stone
2nd Place
Homosassa, FL |
I feel like I am a great example of an everyday-forty-something working mom that had strayed off track with health and nutrition, but was able to regain control and take over the reigns once again. I feel like I can inspire others by winning the challenge and showing that everyday people like me can transform their bodies too! |
Sherri lost over 9 pounds and a whopping 9% body fat! |

I proved to everyone that age really does not have to be the limiting factor. It's the ability to have a vision, set the goal, have a plan, and have supportive people in your life to help hold you accountable. There are so many excuses people make in life to not set, let alone accomplish, goals. I think being one of your oldest competitors helped motivate me to become a winner. I had this opportunity to be the best 50 year old contestant ever in the history of these challenges. I want that unique distinction. I feel that I made significant changes to my physique, and I feel I look like I did when I was younger! |
Richard lost 15 pounds and dropped a whopping 14% body fat! |
|
Kathy Gray
2nd Place
Seirra Vista, AZ |
At the end of the challenge I have found a profound attitude that winning the prizes and gifts are just part of the cake, but the self gratification, self satisfaction and experience that I can pass on to others is the icing on the cake.
|
Kathy lost 17 pounds and dropped 8.2% body fat! |

Ron Burrus
3rd Place
Gainesville, TX |
By finishing the Lean Body Challenge I have already won. This 12 week program was like a boot camp for me. The proving grounds were in the gym and the Labrada supplements and routines brought me the gift of total fitness. Thank you Lee!
